Travel Guide: Nice, France

If Florence and the British Virgin Islands were to have a baby, it would be Nice. Located on the French Riviera, Nice is the most beautiful, quaint city situated on the gorgeous Mediterranean. I went to Nice with six of my girlfriends from high school and we rented the best Airbnb. It was a 10-minute uber or 30-minute walk into town but it was nice to stay in a more quiet place with a 5-minute walk to the beach.

What To Do

Plage Beau Rivage Beach Club is the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while relaxing in a lounge chair under the sun looking out onto the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Cours Saleya Market is a must! This amazing farmers market is right in town and offers the juiciest-looking strawberries and best smelling peonies and much much more!

Villefranche Beach is the ideal cove which circles around the bay to enjoy an afternoon soaking up the sun!

We drove just 20 minutes to the beautiful, chi-chi town of Monte Carlo where we enjoyed a drink at Buddha Bar and then hit up the casinos. It was the perfect place to celebrate my friend turning 21!

Where To Eat

La Plongeoir was the most incredible restaurant I have ever experienced. From the amazing scenic views, to the incredible staff and delicious cuisine, Le Plongeoir was definitely worth every penny.

I ordered the risotto and it was delicious! The service and staff were incredible. I could not recommend this restaurant more!
